Bodywork with soul.
Reconnect with your body’s intelligence. Find regulation, clarity, and movement from the inside out.
Your body is not a vessel — it’s a living ecology.Every moment you’ve lived — joy, stress, tension, adaptation — has shaped how your nervous system senses, responds, and organizes. Somatic Attunement supports your body’s intelligence to rediscover regulation, clarity, and direction through presence, movement, breath, and relational attunement.
Touch & Relational Contact
Human bodies are shaped through contact. From our earliest moments, we organize through being held, supported, and met by another. Attuned touch can calm the nervous system, restore trust, and offer a direct sense of safety and connection. In this work, touch is used with care and precision — not as a technique to impose change, but as a way of listening to the body’s rhythms, boundaries, and needs. It is one pathway among many for supporting regulation, awareness, and repair.
Movement & Developmental Patterning
Movement begins before language and continues to shape how we meet the world. Over time, our movement patterns reflect adaptation: emotional histories, protective strategies, and relational experiences held in the body.Rather than correcting movement, we explore it. Small shifts in posture, gesture, or rhythm can unlock patterns that have been held or overwhelmed by past conditions. When movement is allowed to complete or reorganize, psychological and emotional change often follows.
Somatic Inquiry & Listening
To inquire is to gently investigate — to turn toward sensation with curiosity rather than force. Together, we bring attention to areas of tension, numbness, or activation in the body.
The aim is not to fix or eliminate these experiences, but to meet them in presence. Through listening and attunement, the body reveals information — images, emotions, impulses, and insights — that support integration and movement.
Breath & Nervous System Regulation
At the center of our work is presence — cultivated through breath, pacing, and mindful attention. Breath becomes a bridge between conscious awareness and the deeper rhythms of the nervous system.
By slowing down and sensing more precisely, we reconnect with the pulse of life itself — the same organizing force that breathes us, beats the heart, and allows growth to unfold. From this place, regulation, clarity, and vitality naturally emerge.
'The embodiment era'
Embodiment is a word of our time — widely used because it points to something essential. It bypasses explanation and speaks directly to experience. You feel it before you understand it.For generations, we have privileged the intellect while distancing ourselves from the body, treating it as secondary to the mind rather than the ground from which mind arises. The result has been a culture rich in ideas and poor in presence.Embodiment, as I work with it, is the practice of returning to lived participation — allowing thought, sensation, movement, and relationship to inform one another in real time. It is a shift from control to responsiveness, from abstraction to presence. This is an invitation into an era where the body is no longer managed, overridden, or ignored — but listened to, trusted in, and held in high regard. A remembering that life is not lived from the neck up, but through the whole of our being.

Restoration Session
This 75-minute in-person session is a body-centered somatic experience designed to support nervous system regulation, recovery, and reconnection. The focus is on restoring balance within the ecology of the body — releasing held tension, supporting parasympathetic settling, and increasing sensitivity to the body’s internal signals.Through gentle touch-based work, breath, sound, movement, and attuned relational presence, we create conditions for the body’s innate intelligence to reorganize itself without force. This session is especially supportive during periods of stress, burnout, physical holding, or when the system needs resourcing rather than analysis.
(In-person sessions only)
Breathwork, sound, movement.
Energy work with the meridian system and acupressure points.
Attuned and transparent communication for nervous system co-regulation.
Laser-focus Session
This 60-minute session is a focused somatic inquiry designed to support clarity, decision-making, and forward movement. You’re invited to bring a specific question, situation, or area of distress — personal, relational, creative, or professional.Rather than problem-solving from the mind alone, we listen through the body. Using guided somatic inquiry, presence, and relational attunement, we track how your system is responding beneath the surface. This creates space for information, insight, and direction to emerge organically, often revealing next steps that feel grounded rather than forced.
(Online sessions available)
Carrying tension related to a specific relationship?
Feeling stuck or frozen between choices?
Navigating a transition and unsure what's next?
Seeking embodied clarity around work, creativity, or leadership?
Both sessions are grounded in somatic attunement, relational presence, and respect for the body’s innate capacity for self-organization. The distinction lies in focus:Restoration Sessions support regulation and recovery, while Laser-Focus Sessions support clarity and direction.
In-person & Virtual Classes
You will be guided to move in ways that instigate greater awareness, activate and circulate energy, and recognize vibrance in the body.

Somatic Coach & Bodyworker
I work with the body as a living ecology — a sensing, self-organizing system that comes into form through movement, affect, and relationship. From our earliest development, life organizes itself through rhythm, responsiveness, and connection, before it is ever named or understood. When life becomes stuck or overwhelming, it is often because these natural movements have been held, constrained, or interrupted by personal or collective histories. Through presence, relational attunement, and somatic inquiry, my work supports the nervous system in finding its way back to regulation and natural movement — not by "fixing what is broken", but by listening for what is ready to emerge.
"Profoundly Grounding and Transformative""My session with Jaden allowed me to shift my scattered energy, gathering myself into my center during the guided meditation. As I moved, I felt deep admiration for the intricate design of my body. The holding around my heart softened as the process continued. By the end, I felt open, calm, resourced, and capable, even in relation to an upcoming job interview. This session gave me access to the rich information within my body. I’m grateful for the guidance, movement, and reflections that deepened my awareness and joy in being embodied."— Nadja, Facilitator & Transformational Coach
"A Journey Into Inner Awareness""Jaden’s session left me feeling more grounded, spacious, and aligned. His somatic approach reached into deeper layers of my experience. During our short session, I felt a powerful shift in relation to a personal challenge I had been facing."— David, Transformational Coach
"A Safe & Supportive Space for Healing""Jaden creates a serene and safe environment for somatic healing. The session helped me process my anxiety, gut pain, and grief. I was able to release sadness in a healthy and nurturing way, leading to breakthrough moments of joy, happiness, and gratitude. My body feels softer, lighter, and inspired. I am eternally grateful for this experience."— Jennifer, Registered Nurse
"Jaden has the beautiful ability to hold space in a way that is tender and safe. His presence encourages you to get into your body and reveal what’s raw without feeling judged or embarrassed by what is real inside of you. I felt compelled to share some really vulnerable things with him during our first session, and he was able to move some of my stuck energy through the blockages that have amplified my setbacks. I would highly recommend a Somatic Attunement session with him. As a hairstylist, I have needed to put an energetic guard around me, so that I’m careful not to let too many energies in that can possibly drain me. I feel like this somatic touch is exactly what I need to reconnect back with my body when I forget to let my armor down."Kami N., Hairstylist
